That’s why we created the Gentle Warrior programme – to train rounded, self-aware corporate leaders. People capable of the strategic thinking, collaboration and facilitation needed to overcome work’s daily challenges and drive a sustainable workforce.

Gentle Warrior is a series of workshops that teaches strategies to survive and thrive in the modern corporate world. The programme applies elements of psychology, sociology, biology and classical wisdom to the business context, equipping you with a better understanding of yourself, your work and your relationships.

When we’re overwhelmed by stress and demands at work, it’s easy to lose sight of where we’re going in our lives and where we want to be. Gentle Warrior provides tools to find direction and clarity, getting you on the right track by helping you:

Gentle Warrior is a joint project of the Ministry of Culture and Dr Sundardas Annamalay, a naturopathic physician who’s worked for 20 years in the field of wellness. Dr Sundardas shares our conviction that emotional state and strength have great bearing on overall wellbeing. And together, we’ve designed workshops that will teach you to effectively manage yourself.
