Re: Collaboratives is a framework for engaging and developing people within your company.
Adopting an integrated approach, Re: Collaboratives combines formal and informal learning into programmes that serve the social, recreational, learning and community engagement needs of companies and employees. All under one single platform. It’s a centralised platform that supports your internal employee engagement and development initiatives; partnering employees in their journey of growth and building the internal workplace community.
Re: Collaboratives encompasses two key aspects – diverse programmes and a supporting network of people. Each programme provides opportunities for working adults to experience and be part of individual and team growth. Helping working adults develop the mind, body and soul in fun and interactive ways. The supporting network is the heart of Re: Collaboratives, bringing together participants of different programmes through social gatherings, meet ups, dialogues etc.
Re: Collaboratives is designed as an inter-company platform where companies from different industries and sizes can be a part of. This is also where you will get to meet, learn and interact with participants not only from within your company but also from other companies who have signed up for Re: Collaboratives.
The Re: Collaboratives’ programmes for year 2012 – the Corporate Community Games, Gentle Warrior, Ten Joys and the Community-to-Community – promote opportunities to:
• Build social and interpersonal skills
• Encourage communal learning
• Discover new interests and learn skills
• Gain better understanding of oneself and others
• Develop personal and leadership skills
• Promote social integration within your workplace
Re: Collaboratives is fluid. Programmes will change with the needs of the community. But its message will remain. We designed Re: Collaboratives to push companies forward by building a better workforce from the ground up. By the end of their journey, participants will be better equipped to manage their personal and professional lives. And they’ll have the tools to spark new understanding in their colleagues. To recruit other agents of change and build a sustainable workforce.
